On February 18, 1969, The Jimi Hendrix Experience played a show at The Royal Albert Hall in London, England. Here’s a cool photograph of the band amid soundcheck that day.

Unexpectedly, the most stunning thing that happened that day was not in front of an audience amid the show. It was backstage, when Jimi Hendrix picked up  acoustic guitar and began sticking for a little group.
