To celebrate Movember (the time of year where otherwise clean-shaven men around the world grow mustaches to raise awareness for men’s health issues), Metal Hammer magazine published a list of the Top Ten Rock and Heavy Metal Mustaches. The list included mustaches sported by Frank Zappa, Metallica’s James Hetfield, Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister, and all the members of Black Sabbath (except Ozzy Osbourne), but placed the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury at the top of the list.
