16- Neil young did play in a band with Rick James in the ‘60s, they also shared an apartment together in Toronto.
in an interview Neil Young stated , “We did some wild things. It’s all very hazy to me now. I’m glad I made it through that stage. It got a little dicey. There were some drugs going on. I remember singing one song for about a day and a half.”
17- Neil Young was once in a band with R&B legend and Dave Chapelle muse Rick James. Yes, that Rick James. Before he formed Buffalo Springfield, Young played in a ’60s Toronto band called the Mynah Byrds that was fronted by James, a Buffalo, New York native.

23- Back in 1995, Neil Young credited the late Kurt Cobain for inspiring him to renew his dedication to making music again during his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction speech.
24- Neil Young has made such an impression on the music world that he has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. Once as a solo artist and once as a member of Buffalo Springfield. Eddie Vedder introduced his solo entry.
25- Neil Young is a model train collector.
