Black Snow is a 2023 Australian crime drama television series set in the fictional Australian South Sea Islander community of Ashford, Queensland. The series follows James Cormack (Travis Fimmel), a police detective who is investigating the unsolved murder of Isabel Baker (Talijah Blackman-Corowa), a 17-year-old girl who was killed in 1994.
As Cormack digs deeper into the case, he uncovers a dark secret that has been buried in the community for decades. He also finds himself facing resistance from both the locals and his own superiors, who are determined to keep the past hidden.
