The Star Wars universe became one of the indispensable cult movie series with numerous iconic characters that were first introduced to our lives in 1977 with Star Wars: A New Hope movie. Stormtroopers
They serve at the front as an elite military unit of the Galactic Empire. These are most commonly known basic soldiers with white armors and E-11 blaster guns (laser guns). The colors on the armors like red and orange of this military division symbolizes their ranks and the officers are distinguished this way.
Sith Troopers
Star Wars: This cool unit that resembles the stormtroopers in the First Order which is the elite force of the Sith Eternal army in The Rise of Skywalker are among the scariest units raised in Exegol with the lightsaber colors of the Sith.
Death Troopers
Death troopers is a deadly unit responsible to protect the important Empire officers and complete secret, spy tasks with great mastery. This unit which we have seen in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in their completely black uniform are especially well-trained for unarmed combat, destruction and heavy weapon use.
Flame Troopers
Flame troopers are the vicious and decorated version of the traditional white stormtroopers in red that deactivate their enemies. We have seen this unit with red stripes on a white armor from the Mandalorian TV series in Chapter 8: Redemption episode.
Snow Troopers
Snow trooper wears a slightly different armor than the traditional stormtrooper and these are the special units of the Empire and First Order. We have seen the insulated armor and helmet specially designed for cold weather in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back Movie They were trying to catch the rebels for who try to escape to the Hoth planet and accompanied Darth Vader.
Cave Troopers
Another special unit called the Cave Troopers have their blaster guns and a vibrating blade called vibroknives which can easily cut the metal but not like a lightsaber. Scouting is their expertise.
Imperial Shock Troopers
Another unit in the reds but with an entirely different task to protect the Emperor Palpatin and to act as the elitist force in the front. These soldiers especially preferred heavy weapons and we have seen them for the first time in Star Wars: Part III – Sith’s Revenge movie.
Sand Troopers
This is a military unit wandering around the dessert opposite of the Snow troopers and durable against sand storms while working in Tatooine. This unit can blend in the local conditions and use Dewback which are creatures with high movement capability in the dessert.
Patrol Troopers
This highly capable unit that acts as motored watchman and sniper of the Empire are often needed for all exploration and chasing tasks with their motors that has high movement capability. The helmets have a slightly different design than the helmets of the Stormtroopers. These units act as patrol and police force in the regions invaded by the Empire. These soldiers first appeared in Han Solo: A Star Wars Story movie.
Range Troopers
In Han Solo: A Star Wars Story, we also saw Range Trooper unit. These are another military unit in the Star Wars universe with their feathered armor against the cold weather, special boots that create a magnetic field to hold on to anywhere and consisting of carefully selected snipers
