Musk to broadcast his "cage fight" with Zuckerberg live on X platform

Elon Musk, the owner of the X social media platform, formerly Twitter, announced that he will broadcast his “cage fight” with Meta Chief Executive (CEO) Mark Zuckerberg live on the X platform and donate the proceeds to the veterans association.

In a statement on the X platform, Musk said, “Zuck and Musk’s fight will be broadcast live on X. All proceeds will be donated to the veterans association.”

In another post, Musk stated that he prepared for the fight by lifting weights all day, “I don’t have time to train, so I brought the weights to my workplace.”

Musk had challenged Zuckerberg to a fight after news that he would “establish a text-based platform alternative to Twitter” called “Threads”. Zuckerberg announced in his social media post on June 22 that he accepted the “cage fight” offer.
