From Tricia Jungwirt with thanks: “John Hume’s funeral is today. I met John in the UK in 2000, he was a sweet man, a gentleman, I wish him well on his journey. He gave me his card, I tried to obscure the address here with a small piece of film, appropriate I thought. The background is a photo taken by John in Gijon, 1993.”

  1. John and I were good friends and Dylan fans … I have all his books of photographs, particularly cherished since his death. Greatly missed by his mother who lose a husband and two sons too early in their lives. John Bauldie once made a comment about John’s photographs which in its own way paid a tribute to him….they were mostly in focus!! john was always in focus.
