A slave is roughly a person who sells his body, labor and sweat for someone else. The embodiment of the slave in our minds is always the chained person. In the past, slaves survived by selling their bodies. Today, the concept of slave has changed and reached another dimension. You have no chains, you are free, but in modern slavery you have to sell your labor, your body, your sweat, otherwise you cannot survive. In the past, people were given enough food not to die, but now it has turned into enough money not to starve. Alienation of labor is modern slavery.
